You are welcome to check in anytime from 15:00hrs on the day of arrival. Check out is 10am prompt to ensure we maintain the high standards we set with cleaning the accommodation.
The accommodation at the Cotswolds and the "pet friendly" Lodge in Brean welcomes you and your pet. We will secure a £100 bond from you which is fully refundable once checked out and no damage has been confirmed. Please ensure your dogs are kept on leads when on the resort and please tidy up after your pet.
All our accommodation has private off road parking. Please note the charging of electric cars is strictly prohibited on site and you must use the charging facilities close by.
Just yourself! All bed linen is supplied along with towels. You will also receive a welcome pack on arrival consisting of a few essentials.
We welcome all our clients to return to visit us again, not only that you are entitled to a 10% discount on any future booking regardless of which property you chose to stay at. We also pay you £25 cash for any recommendation that you put forward to stay at one of our properties.
